I am all about making your hair journey a great one, so to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, I'd like to share these policies with you. •Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee based on the total service cost. Rescheduling within this time frame will incur a 50% deposit that will go toward your next appointment. I understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and I'm here to work with you. This policy ensures fair scheduling for everyone. • Adjustments: Within an awesome one-week window, you can request adjustments to your service if you aren't fully satisfied. I want to make sure you leave always loving your hair, please note - adjustments are on a case-by-case basis and can not exceed the original service value.
