Cancellation Policy
I am all about making your hair journey a great one, so to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, I'd like to share these policies with you.
• I require a 48 hour notice to rcancel. Anything over this time frame with incur a 50% fee.
* note, cancelation fee in waived once a year
• If you need to reschedule in 48 hour time frame, please note there will be a $25 non- refundable deposit required. Any other rescheduling will need another deposit.
• A no- show will result in 75% of booked service fees
• If you need an adjustment to your hair, I require a 7 day notice that you’re looking for a tweak.
• There is 3.5% discount for all cash payments.
